• Sansiri, the first real estate company in Thailand, is enhancing residential development alongside environmental conservation by extending sustainable concepts from low-rise projects to high-rise developments, improving the quality of life for residents.
  • Sansiri Green Living Design homes and condos are built with sustainable concepts that can reduce energy consumption by up to 42% per unit and emphasize green spaces, increasing them by four times* from the standard.

Sansiri, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, aims to create sustainable environmental change with the ultimate goal of becoming the first real estate company in Thailand to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 through the campaign “Sansiri Green Living Design” under the concept #GlamLifeGreenHome. This initiative elevates the idea of sustainable project development to condominiums for the first time, providing a quality living experience through two main pillars: “Energy Saving” and “Green Space”, reducing energy consumption in residences and increasing green areas to enhance residents' quality of life, while delivering homes and condominiums filled with innovative environmental solutions that save energy and best support residents' lifestyles.

Sansiri Green Living Design 2024 promotes living in homes and condos built with environmentally friendly sustainable concepts that benefit both the environment and the residents themselves. It raises awareness of the advantages everyone can gain from living in green homes, presented through the concept #GlamLifeGreenHome. This campaign draws inspiration from current lifestyle trends where living “Glam” (Glamorous) means that having a stylish home is not enough; it must also be green. The campaign creatively plays with words to enhance communication and engagement, changing terms like SALE to SAVE (energy reduction) and CASHBACK to GREENBACK, providing green spaces and a better quality of life for residents while communicating the benefits customers receive, such as saving money significantly and enjoying increased green areas, which promotes a better quality of life.

After Sansiri successfully delivered green homes to residents in over 10 Setthasiri projects in 2023, it is now continuing to expand sustainable home development into other segments such as Narasiri, Narinsiri, Bugan, Setthasiri, and Elz, as well as extending to the condominium brand The Base (THE BASE), starting with The Base Wong Sawang. The key mechanisms used to deliver sustainable homes include the 3 Green Frameworks: 1. Green Procurement, which involves selecting Green Products and partners who care about sustainable production processes; 2. Green Construction, which includes steps and materials that are environmentally friendly; 3. Green Architecture & Design, or innovative residential design for sustainable living, creating a health-friendly environment. This sustainable home development initiative provides a quality living experience through two main pillars: Energy Saving, maximizing energy savings through the Sansiri Green Living Design concept and the selection of materials and installation features that help reduce energy consumption, allowing Sansiri projects to achieve energy savings of up to 42% in residential projects (Narinsiri) and 10% in condominium projects (THE BASE), helping residents save on electricity costs in the long run. Beyond energy reduction, there is also “Green Space”, which revitalizes life with greenery every day through design concepts that integrate large trees and green spaces into living areas, both in common areas and around homes, encouraging more time spent together. The LIVING-WELL concept ensures residents maintain good health both physically and mentally, resulting in green areas that exceed four times the standard in low-rise projects and 35% of the land in high-rise projects according to standards.

The Sansiri Green Living Design campaign is a key driver in enhancing project development that aligns with the organization's goals while considering customer benefits at the center and social and environmental responsibilities simultaneously.

* Green space is calculated in comparison to the requirements for green space size for development projects.

* Energy savings depend on the different product installations of each project, with conditions as specified by the company.
